We are encouraged to be comfortable enough with our own skin in a gorgeous mood. But we don’t want miss any chances to show our beauty and modern taste while dating with the guy we are attached to. On the other side, I do certainly understand the discomfort. Sleep with makeup can worsen the skin especially in the night.

But what to do if we have to sleep in makeup, I’d opt for keeping the eye makeup and for removal of face makeup as the safest and healthiest way to go.

Tone and moisturize is always very important after cleaning your face. Using a small dab the size of a pea, gently rub in an undcented.oil free lotion, Scented lotions can aggravate skin and cause breakouts or an allergic reaction, and oily lotions will encourage acne.

Then make sure you are using the right foundation color and quality. Better take a sponge to dab  one light color foundation on the forehead, nose, under eyes under a natural light .Then dab the other dark color foundation on the edge of the face, especially dab around the masseter.
